Karpion Constructions is a Newcastle and Lake Macquarie builder specialising in architecturally designed homes and considered residential renovations.
We work closely with architects, designers and homeowners to deliver homes where strong design and careful construction come together. Every project is different, but our focus remains the same - building with precision, transparency and attention to detail.
Many of our projects are delivered in collaboration with architectural studios across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

James leads Karpion and brings over 20 years of experience in the building industry. He works closely with clients, architects and consultants to guide each project from planning through to completion, ensuring the design vision is carefully realised through quality construction and attention to detail.
Director
Thomas
Tom brings over 17 years of hands-on building experience and plays a key role in managing our sites. His calm and organised approach ensures projects run smoothly and that every stage of construction is carefully delivered.
Site Supervisor / Foreman
Matt works closely with James and the team to oversee construction across our projects. With more than 15 years of industry experience, he brings reliability, strong technical knowledge and a practical approach to problem solving on site.
